If you are an employer aiming to hire quality employees who are determined to work, Partners in Employment wants to partnership with you. Partners in Employment assists businesses throughout the Northwest Indiana area with workforce needs.

Employees referred by Partners offer a range of work skills and education levels to the employer. Highly skilled workers with advanced degrees are available as well as entry level workers of first-time hires. Our employment services offer the benefit of a job coach to work with and train the employee on-the-job as well as monitor the employee's job progress, if needed.

Partners in Employment is valuable to employers because we maintain direct contact with you, the employer. We work closely with employers to guarantee satisfaction with your employee.

A worker matched to your specific job needs

Partners is an employment service which locates types of employment that best fit both employer and applicant's needs. When an employee is referred by Partners, we are there until the employer is completely confident and satisfied. Our partnership agreement means both you and the employee are successful.

The mission of Partners in Employment is the commitment to train and assist individuals in obtaining and maintaining community-based employment.

Partners in Employment, a program of Tri-City Comprehensive Community Mental Health Center, is funded in part by the Indiana Division of Disability, Aging and Rehabilitative Services/ Vocational Rehabilitation Services. Tri-City is a private 501 (c) 3 not-for-profit organization and is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
