Located in Lake County, Indiana, Sigma Chapter currently has 74 active members and four reserve members. Chartered in 1944, we strive to follow the purposes of The Delta Kappa Gamma Society International as well as to offer fellowship to our sisters. As women educators, we are proud to be a part of the largest international organization of its kind. Delta Kappa Gamma offers assistance to its women members in the form of scholarship for continuing education or financial disaster aide. Financial support is also available for special classroom projects.
