Steering Committee (Executive Board)
Please be advised that at commencement of Hispanic Voices, our by laws state that
the active number of Executive Board Members will be seven (7) and that they are in charge of
processing the voice of the membership and that this organization wil be a non-partisan 501-c-3
Tax Exempt Charitable and not-for-profit Latino organization.
As of this date, the present names of our distinguished Executive Board are identified as the following:

Edward A. Peralta ~ CEO and Founder
Chairman of the Board of Directors and Founder

Myrna Maldonado ~ President
Presides over the Executive Board and general meetings, cofers with board members on organizational policy and brings the board recommendations to the general membership.

Juan Casillas ~ Vice President and Vice Chairman
Coordinates and shares important committee appointments and advises the Chair of important issues at hand, serves as Chair in Mr. Peralta's absence.

Martha Riva-Ramos ~ Secretary
The secretary will record all activities of Hispanic Voices including all meetings. Also maintain current membership roster and is granted to appoint an assistant to process minutes of general meetings.

Open Position ~ Treasurer
This person is duly responsible for all items related to organizations funds; To collect dues, prepare statements for documentation and/or audited by the Executive Board and /or State Government.

Joe Rodriguez ~ Community Resource Director
Advisor and Liason with local community leaders. This appointment reports and confers all findings to the Executive Board for a decision to determine approval on community matters.
