Road Trips The Early Ford V-8 Club of America/ Northwest Indiana Region has a monthly drive up which includes daily driving on weekends. The road trips average a 150 miles. One trip began around lake Michigan and ended in Holland, Michigan. Two other trips were Springfield, Illinois and Southern Indiana for the Covered Bridge Festival. On one of their national meetings, the club drove to Brainer, Minnesota. Branson, Missouri was this year, and took a short vacation and drove on the famous "Route 66" from Thursday to Sunday.
