The Highland Dollars for Scholars Foundation would like to encourage businesses, clubs and individuals to pledge a dollar for each combined half-time scores of the Highland Trojans and their opponent for the evening.  Dollars for Scholars will be accepting contributions for the "Buck for a Basket" fundraising program throughout the 2007-2008 Highland High School varsity boys and girls basketball seasons.  In the past, average total scores range from 35 to 65
points.

     As a contributor to this program your name will be placed on the tally board for the game(s) that you select.  This board is displayed at the varsity games.  In addition your business/name is announced several times during the varsity games as a contributor for the evening.

     A special "Buck for a Basket" sponsor's night will be held at the Febuary basketball game!  At that time a group photo will be taken of all the sponsors to be submitted to the local newspapers.  Before the game, contributors will be invited to the V.I.P. room to enjoy an array of refreshments.

Pledges will be accepted through the basketball season.
