Our Church Women United of Hammond Unit of Area 10 board meets at the First Christian  (D.O.C) in Highland. For information about times if you would like to check us out please call Evone Morton in Highland at 923-0439.

We have three celebrations each year. In November we celebrate WORLD COMMUNITY DAY (a breakfast) in March we celebrate WORLD DAY of PRAYER (a tea) in May we celebrate MAY FRIENDSHIP DAY and we also have our annual business meeting at this time and the installation of our officers. (a luncheon).

We give support to Fellowship of the Least Coin, The Bible League, Capes House, Habitat for Humanity, Haven House, and St Monica Home. We also give donations to other charities also.

In the past we have had teas to support these groups and our celebrations. We are a non- profit organization except for the fact of the joy we receive or working for our Lord together. We at times have prayer retreats during the summer. In January we always have a four week Bible Study.
