St. Sava Serb Festival
August  1st, 2nd and 3rd, 2008
St. Sava Serbian Hall, 4101 W. 49th Ave., Hobart

Hosted by St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church with food, music and a $50,000 cash raffle.
Hours are noon to midnight.
Serbian food, prepared by members of the parish, includes barbecue lamb and pig, cevaps , raznjice and sarma, as well as an array of desserts including palachinka (crepes), Krofne (doughnuts), cakes, breads, cookies, nutrolls, tortes and apple, cherry and cheese strudels. Carryouts will be available.
Live music will be nonstop from 1 p.m. to midnight daily, and there will also be games.

St. Sava Serbian Hall is located east of the 61st Avenue exit of Interstate 65. Turn left from 61st Avenue at the third stoplight,

This is our 11th annual Taste of Porter. We have our own local vendors offering their specialties. There's a beer garden, kiddie rides and games, live entertainment, hourly drawings, a 50/50 raffle and a brick throw.  This is an old fashion home town picnic that has grown bigger each year.

India Fest
